Returns policy

If you or not 100% satisfied with your order, we will exchange or refund any unused goods if these are returned to us in the saleable condition within 28days of original dispatch. The process is easy, just post your goods back to us in an unused condition with any of the labels attached and a copy of your invoice. Include any information about why you are returning the order and we will process accordingly.

Upon receipt of the goods in an unused condition we will process a refund or exchange accordingly. Money will be repaid to you via the original purchase method.

Certain products may need to be inspected by the manufacturer or supplier in some cases before we will be able to process a refund or repair an item. If this is the case, we will notify you accordingly.

Postage costs are chargeable on all goods that are returned for exchange however this does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged goods may be returned to us, please notify us immediately if you receive a faulty product. Any orders returned must be in an unused condition to comply with our terms and conditions.

Cancelling an order or changing your mind

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be responsible for any loss of goods in transit. Items can be returned to us by post and we ask that you include details of why you are returning the goods. Please post goods back to Fly and Game, Coedway, Nr Shrewsbury, SY5 9AR. We recommend that you ask for proof of postage when returning goods.

Returning goods from outside of the UK

Please ensure that you clearly mark goods being returned to the UK with ‘Goods being returned to the country of origin’. This should be entered on any customs declaration that is required to ensure that the parcel can be returned. Any costs or customs charges incurred by this information not being filled out correctly will not be paid for by Fly and Game.
