Fly and Game aim to make your shopping experience as simple as possible with our user-friendly website. If you do have any questions we have summarised some of the key points for you below.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment system and accept Pay Pal.
Fly and Game will aim to process your order as soon as we can, this will usually be the same day that the order is placed. Delivery information and charges can be viewed on the ‘delivery and shipping’ (link to delivery page) section of our website.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and put your item on back order for you. You will then be notified of the expected delivery date.
Returning your order
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will exchange or refund any unused goods if these are returned to us in the saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. The process is easy, just post your goods back to us in an unused condition with any of the labels attached and a copy of your invoice. Include any information about why you are returning the order and we will process accordingly. Upon receipt of the goods in an unused condition we will process a refund or exchange accordingly. Money will be repaid to you via the original purchase method. Please note if goods are deemed to be used we will not be able to process a refund.
Cancelling an order?
If you intend to cancel an order, please notify us via the returns policy and notify us the reasons for your cancelled order at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
